Shipping Guidelines:

• All course materials are shipped 24 hours after Keystone receives your completed enrollment application.
• Course materials are shipped by UPS Ground Service to students living in the Continental U.S. with a street address. Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival.
• Course materials are shipped by USPS Priority mail to students with U.S. addresses living outside the Continental U.S. (including AK & HI) and addresses not containing a street address (for example, P.O. Box numbers). Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival.
• For students with non-U.S. addresses, please contact Keystone for shipping instructions and rates.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the enrollee; they are not part of course tuition and are not covered under the terms of the payment plan. You may opt to receive our enhanced shipping services (overnight and 2-day delivery). Please contact Keystone for more information.
