Based on feedback from hundreds of parents and students and our 30 years of distance learning experience, we have developed a suite of Student Support Services to help students enrolled in 3 or more Keystone courses start strong and stay on track. We strongly encourage parent and students to take advantage of these FREE services.

Access to Answers
Although you are learning at a distance, with Keystone, you are never learning alone.
- Teachers respond within 24 hours via phone and email to answer questions about the curriculum.
- Our knowledgeable Student Services team is only a toll-free phone call away to answer any questions about our program.
- Technical Support is available 24/7.
Orientation Course
The Keystone Orientation Course helps parents and students become familiar with the Keystone online learning environment and get a head start on courses. Learn how to login, navigate through courses and turn in assignments.
Learning Coach
To make sure you have no trouble getting started, a Keystone Learning Coach contacts new students to make sure they know important information such as how to:
- Contact teachers.
- Submit assignments.
- Structure and pace your learning to ensure to meet your needs and achieve your goals.
Your learning coach can answer any questions you have, and help you understand how to make the Keystone experience work for you.
Keystone STARS (Students Taking Action and Responsibility for Success)
Keystone STARS is a fun way to help you start your online learning adventure! We challenge all new students to accomplish the following within the first 30 days of enrollment:
- Complete the orientation course.
- Log in to each course at least once a day for 15 of the first 30 days.
- View grades once for each course.
- Turn in at least one assignment for each course.
- Post a message to the Discussion Board in at least one course.

Tutoring — First 75 minutes Free
At Keystone, our committed teachers work with students to help them reach their learning goals. Our teachers provide answers to students by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving a question.
However, we know that sometimes when you are studying you just need an answer now. With that in mind, Keystone has partnered with Tutor.com, the leading provider of online tutoring for high school students, to provide you with 75 minutes of FREE tutoring.

Support for Parents
Parent Observer Account
With an 'Observer Account' parents can follow their student's progress from any computer connected to the Internet. Parents can see student assignments, track how much work their student has completed, and view student grades. Request a Parent Observer Account.
Note: The Parent Observer Account only works with online courses.
Progress Reports
Parents can have monthly reports on their student's progress sent to their email account. These reports will show how many times a student has logged in, how many assignments a student has completed, and any test or exam grades. Request to receive Progress Reports.
