Keystone High School's Programs

Earn an Accredited High School Diploma - Your First Milestone on the Path to Success

Keystone offers three programs each addressing different learning styles, grade levels and goals: Keystone-to-College, Keystone Comprehensive and Keystone Independent. Regardless of which Keystone High School program you choose to enroll in, you can earn an accredited Keystone National High School diploma.

To receive a Keystone diploma, you need to earn a total of 21 credits between grades 9-12. Credits previously earned from another program will transfer to Keystone based on our transfer credit policy. However, five full credits (one in each core subject area and one elective) must be earned at Keystone. Your credits must be distributed as follows:

Number of Units Course Type
1 Health
1 Art or Humanities
3 Math
(One must be Algebra 1 or higher)
3 Science
4 English
4 Social Studies
5 Electives

When a student meets the Keystone graduation requirements, he or she is awarded a high school diploma from Keystone—an accredited and private licensed high school!

Transcript Evaluation, Credit Transfer & Course Selection

Many Keystone students transfer from other high schools or a homeschooling program. Keystone offers a free transcript and/or homeschool portfolio evaluation for these students. Keystone's Student Admissions team assists with customizing your course selections based on:

  • High school level work you have already completed at a different high school or in a homeschool program.
  • Your interests.
  • Your future plans including whether you are planning to go to college or starting a career after high school.

Let us help you customize your curriculum. Call our Student Admissions Team today at .

Due to the complexity of, and differences among foreign educational systems, Keystone is now using an evaluation service for our foreign transcript evaluation needs. The evaluation of foreign transcripts can take approximately 7 to 10 business days to complete. Please keep this in mind if you are enrolling in Keystone and will be sending us a foreign transcript for evaluation.

Homeschool Requirements

Any student who is of compulsory age must also comply with homeschool requirements dictated by their school district. You need to check the requirement of your district to ensure the Keystone National High School program meets the district's homeschool requirements.
